The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful during our weekend stay. The location, although difficult to reach by road, is worth the effort, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to hiking trails. One of the best aspects of our stay was the opportunity to enjoy a pond nearby, which was a lovely addition to our weekend activities.
We found the hotel to be quite outdated and in need of some serious updates. The room we stayed in wasn't properly cleaned and beds weren't comfortable. We also had issues with the shower, which lacked proper curtains and resulted in stains and mold in the bathroom. The breakfast was disorganized, there weren't enough staff and the breakfast buffet was always empty. We noticed that the billiard table was broken and the wifi only worked in the lobby. All in all, the worst aspects of our stay led us to cut our trip short.

Spent Christmas at a lovely hotel in the mountains and had a great time. The staff was super friendly and provided excellent service; always welcoming us with smiles. The location was great for hiking with some easy trails and beautiful natural spots nearby. The best bit was the cozy atmosphere, with the fireplace lit and the charming Christmas decorations, we felt like we were in a winter wonderland.
Although the hotel was a bit tired, the value for money was excellent. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the beds were a bit springy and not too comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there was ample parking space available. Additionally, the location was beautiful and a great starting point for some easy hikes. There was even a pond nearby that we were able to enjoy. we were satisfied with the hotel facilities and the breakfast offered.
Nothing could have been better.
